Single component polyurethane based joint sealant which cures under the influence of atmospheric moisture to form an elastomeric material with adhesive properties.

​Preparation:

Clean & dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter & contaminants such as laitance oil, dust, grease, water, dirt, old sealants & any protective coating. Dust and loose particles should be vacuumed cleaned. DO NOT USE METHYLATED SPIRITS OR TURPS.

Application:

Polyurethane sausage is available in sausage only & should be dispensed from a caulking gun. Clip the end of the sausage & place in the barrel gun. Screw end cap & nozzle on to barrel gun. Using the trigger extrude the sealant; to stop depress using the catch plate. Apply in a continuous bead using enough pressure to properly fill the joint. Using a spatula or trowel smooth off the surface.

Allow 24 hours to dry.

Full cure time is 7 days.

Shelf life is one year in original unopened packet.
